Inside Australian Fashion Week 2026 With Sisters & Co
Australian Fashion Week 2026 wrapped up in true style, with the Sisters & Co team spending three inspiring days immersed in runway moments, brand appointments, agency meetings and discovering the trends set to shape the season ahead.
From sculptural tailoring and sheer layering to blush pink tones, elevated minimalism and soft power dressing, AFW 2026 delivered a fresh perspective on modern fashion, balancing statement silhouettes with effortless wearability.

Day One
The team hit the ground running with a full schedule of brand appointments, showroom viewings and one of the week’s most anticipated runway moments, the Toni Maticevski show.
Known for his sculptural silhouettes and architectural tailoring, Toni Maticevski’s return to the Australian Fashion Week runway set the tone for the week ahead. Strong tailoring, modern femininity and elevated occasion dressing were key themes seen throughout the collections.
Between appointments and events, the team stopped by the Shark Beauty team for fresh blow waves before heading into the evening’s shows and networking events.

Day Two
Day two brought even more incredible collections from current Sisters & Co favourites including Camilla and Marc, Laing and Silk Laundry, alongside exciting potential new brands we can’t wait to share with you soon.
Across the showrooms and runways, relaxed tailoring, fluid fabrics, tonal dressing and sheer layering continued to emerge as standout trends, while blush pink proved to be one of the defining colours of the week.
The day finished with the dreamy Hansen & Gretel runway show, a perfect close to another packed day of fashion inspiration.

Day Three
Rodelle and Greta spent the final day immersed in more agency meetings, brand showings and exploring the fashion oasis that is Sydney.
From elevated wardrobe staples and directional outerwear to wearable occasion dressing and refined accessories, AFW 2026 highlighted a shift towards pieces designed to feel both timeless and fashion-forward.
Beyond the runways, Australian Fashion Week continues to be an incredible opportunity to connect with brands, creatives and industry leaders, while discovering what’s next for the season ahead.
We left Sydney feeling endlessly inspired and excited for what’s to come.

Stay tuned, we have some amazing new brands arriving at Sisters & Co soon.
